AS YOU LIKE IT - A Classic British Film Series at SAM

The Seattle Art Museum is starting up another long film series in a few weeks, this one a round of classic British films. Entitled "As You Like It", the series runs from March 27th to June 12, 2014, and included 9 films, all on 35mm prints. You can purchase tickets directly from SAM (details below) or right here at Scarecrow Video. Here's the full rundown:

As You Like It

Three Decades of Classic British Films

A Scottish village, including Rex Harrison and Vivien Leigh, flips topsy-turvy over a cute little terrierdog (Storm in a Teacup), vacuum cleaner salesman Alec Guinness becomes a secret agent (Our Man in Havana), librarian Peter Sellers pays more attention to female bibliophiles than books, in Swinging-Sixties London Lynn Redgrave must choose between James Mason and Alan Bates, and in The Wrong Box, three generations of top British actors hilariously pursue a lottery treasure. Join us for this sterling sampling of the best in British cinema, presented in 35mm.
