Below you'll find the answers to the shipping questions we see the
most. If you you have more questions feel free to contact
us or check out our forum.
And of course - we always encourage you to visit us in person.
Where can I find more info about shipping?
A: Click here
for all of our current shipping rates and more info.
Can I ship my package with a carrier
you don't list?
A: If you need your packages shipped with a carrier we don't
list - please feel free to contact us and ask. If we are
able to ship to you via a method we don't regularly use
there may be an additional handling fee added onto your
shipping costs. We will not ship any orders via standard
/ regular post (aka. with stamps) - economy post can take
up to 10 weeks to arrive and is very unpredictable.
When will my package be here?
A: Most packages shipped to an address in the USA take about 3 to 7
business days to arrive - international orders usually take between
5 and 10 business days. Please keep in mind that all ship times are
estimated - they are not guaranteed (what if there's a snowstorm!).
See the map below for USA shiptimes. All orders placed after 6:00pm
PST will ship the following day in the morning. All orders placed after
10:00am PST on Friday will ship the following Monday in the morning.
Is there a tracking number for my package?
A: If we shipped your order via UPS you can go to the UPS
web site and enter your tracking number to find out the delivery
date. Your tracking number was sent to you via email. If you never received
a tracking number or can't find it - email us and we'll send it to you
right away. USPS does not offer tracking numbers.
Can you explain your shipping fees?
A: We add a small fee to the shipping cost to cover the packaging and
labor involved in shipping (it really is pretty small). Packages are
sent out with the best possible packing and care. Please note: shipping
rates are not negotiable.
My package is damaged! What do I do?
A: Please contact us with all
of the information about your package - let us know what
was damaged (the package, the contents etc). If you open
the package and your item is fine - we would still like
to know that you had a problem with your shipment. If possible,
take a picture of the damaged package and items.
