1. I have a question about your auctions.
   A: Send an email to ebay@scarecrow.com with any of your questions - we'll get back to you right away. Check out the other FAQs as well - there may be an answer to one of your questions.
   
   
2. I haven't received an email from you about how to pay.
   A: If you never received a notice from us - please email us to let us know. As long as you include the auction number in your email we'll know exactly who you are.
   
   
3. Do you auction bootlegs?
   A: No! We don't sell or condone the sale of bootlegs. All items that we auction are legitimately manufactured and licensed - we do extensive research before we sell these items.
   
   
4. Can I pick up my auction at your store instead of having it shipped to me?
   A: Sure, no problem - send us an email to let us know you'd rather pick it up here. Please wait for a confirmation from us that it's ready to be picked up.
   
   
5. What kind of payments do you accept for auctions?
   A: We accept: Cash (we do not recommend sending us cash in the mail), VISA, Mastercard, American Express & Money Orders. We prefer credit card payments - they're easy to process and helps us get your package to you ASAP. We do not accept Paypal or any other web based payment service - please don't submit payments via these services to us. We only accept personal checks from current Scarecrow Video members. If you send a payment to us in the mail it will probably delay your package ship time (we have to wait until the payment arrives here).
   
   
6. Your auction for the ultra-rare El Topo Japanese Laser Disc is up to $25.99 - can you sell it to me for $2.00 instead?
   A: No. That's already a great deal!
