JEFF BRIDGES series at Seattle Art Museum
On Thursday, April 7th, Seattle Art Museum kicks off yet another excellent film series: AMERICAN HEART: THE FILMS OF JEFF BRIDGES. The series, co-produced by Tom Skerritt and Aron Michael Thompson of TheFilmSchool, runs select Thursdays at 7:30pm until June 2nd at the Plestcheeff Auditorium at SAM Downtown. Here's what's playing:
April 7th THE LAST PICTURE SHOW (1971)
April 14th FAT CITY (1972)
April 21st THUNDERBOLT AND LIGHTFOOT (1974)
April 28th CUTTER'S WAY (1981)
May 12th STARMAN (1984)
May 19th THE FABULOUS BAKER BOYS (1989)
May 26th THE BIG LEBOWSKI (1998)
June 2nd THE DOOR IN THE FLOOR (2004)
All of the films will be shown in lovely 35mm. Tickets for the series are $60 for the general public and $55 for members of SAM, TheFilmSchool, SIFF, and Northwest Film Forum. We have them on sale here at the store or you can get them online here.
