Yes, it's that time of year again...the time when we invite praise and/or scorn upon ourselves with our BEST DVDs OF THE YEAR list. We began by individually listing our favorite ten DVD and/or Blu-rays released in 2010. Our esteemed colleagues in the Inventory office then calculated the results and cobbled together a special rental section, which is available now for your viewing pleasure and/or contention. We find plenty of disagreement amongst ourselves when it comes to these lists, and welcome you to join the debate here and in the store.
THE TOP 5 VOTES-GETTERS ARE:
5) HAUSU (House): Criterion Collection--The 70s Japanese horror freak out finally made it to our shores thanks to the good folks at Criterion.
4) THE HURT LOCKER--Last year's well deserved Oscar winner for Best Picture and Best Director Kathryn Bigelow.

2) FANTASTIC MR. FOX--Wes Anderson's detailed style translates perfectly to stop motion animation.
