More SON OF ALL MONSTERS ATTACK at GRAND ILLUSION

On my way up to turn in my ballot at the Neighborhood Center on the Ave this afternoon, I noticed on the Grand Illusion's marquee that it's the week for my favorite of the SON OF ALL MONSTERS ATTACK! double features. From now until Thursday you can see both Return of the Living Dead and The Brain That Wouldn't Die. I'm exceptionally squeamish when it comes to blood, guts and gore, but Return of the Living Dead gave me plenty of laughs through my cries of "EWW!" I admit that I first saw the MST3K take on The Brain That Wouldn't Die (one of the best in their canon, I think) but have since gone back and watched it Tom Servo free and found it even more ridiculous. It will be fun to watch these with a crowd. Get out and vote, then head over to the GI. Visit their website for times and ticket details.
