Alex Cox at Scarecrow TOMORROW!

The iconoclastic director of such films as Sid & Nancy and Repo Man will be here at Scarecrow TOMORROW, Tuesday, September 30th at 1pm. He'll be signing DVDs and copies of his new autobiography X Films: True Confessions of a Radical Filmmaker. Enjoy an excerpt of it here. We'll have it on sale here for $14.95. He'll also be at Grand Illusion Cinema that night at 7 and 9 pm presenting his new film Searchers 2.0 According to his Wikipedia page, Cox declined an offer to direct Three Amigos. Make plans to skip class/call in sick/take a long lunch so you can ask him if that's true and how he made that difficult decision.
